Coco Husk Procurement
One Agro Indonesia's production process starts with the procurement of coconut husks.
Washing / Aging
The top graded coco pith is left in a clean weed free. The coconut husk is also washed with fresh water to bring the pH and Electric Conductivity to desired level.
Screening / Sieving
During the sieving process, the fiber chunks and other impurities are removed. Once we have the pith to the required sieving size, the material is further sent for drying to reduce moisture content.
Final Aging
In this step, we are letting the coco peat in outside and let the monsoon rain washed off the excess salts and make its ph netral.
Screening & Drying
Once the pith reached the preferred level of EC and pH, it is brought for sieving. During the sieving process, the fiber chunks and other impurities are removed. Then it will be dried before we package it
Block Packing
The screened and dried coco peat will be compressed to 5 kg each block.
Polybag Packing
The screened and dried coco peat will be compressed to 28 - 32 kg each polybag.
Shipping
We are cooperating with experienced forwading company to handle the shipment and documentation. Once the container are placed on the ship, we track the movement of the vessels and keep our customers updated.
